Diamond Products are vastly known as the Doctor’s of Concrete. We have achieved this title by offering high quality tools and exceptional advice and expertise. Therefore we will be expanding service horizons by incorporating a dedicated servicing department. The servicing department will focus on the services, repairs and maintenance of any and all equipment purchased from Diamond Products.

Due to the fact that we are the sole distributors for both Blastrac and Shibuya in the Southern African Market, we ensure that we carry all spares pertaining to any and all equipment that we sell and support.

We are also able to service and repair alternative machines, however this will be at the discretion of the factory manager and based on the availability of spares locally.

Should you purchase a machine from Diamond Products, you can be assured that you will be receiving a general courtesy call every few months. These calls will be an additional service to find out how your equipment is running, or to determine if your equipment requires any services or repairs.
