With this in mind, Diamond Products offer a full range of Floor Grinders, Scarifiers and Shot blasters for all degrees of surfaces that may need to be prepared for their respective coatings. If the surface is not prepared correctly, the various applications will not bond successfully to the surface.” Continues Clark.

Diamond Products recently had the honour of attending Flowcrete East Africa’s official launch on the 5^th of April 2016. The event attended by Flowcrete South Africa’s management team, as well as prominent members of Kenya’s construction industry and key clients was to launch the new resin flooring business in Nairobi, Kenya.

Flowcrete South Africa has been trading in Kenya since 2009, however the East African office will supply and service the entire East African Community (EAC) namely, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, Tanzania and Burundi. This new office location will mean shorter lead times for customers while providing the resin flooring manufacturer with a platform to grow its business within the region’s burgeoning construction sector.

The Managing Director of Flowcrete Africa, Craig Blitenthall, said: “Unveiling Flowcrete East Africa and its state-of-the-art warehouse is an important milestone for the company.

Mr Blitenthall added: “Our customers depend on the timely delivery of our products, as for most developments there is often only a small window of time in which to supply and complete a flooring project.

“The launch of the Nairobi facility will build on our already strong logistics foundation so that Flowcrete can not only better support our current customers but can expand our business with a new customer base for the future.”
