Although lock down was an extremely difficult period for the majority of businesses - Diamond Products Group included - it did challenge us to learn many new skills and take advantage of technologies that we would never have explored.

Apart from holding numerous zoom meetings we also conducted many Zoom product training sessions with both local and regional customers. Our ability to conduct training and share best practice with customers in remote areas has significantly changed.

Using these new services, we have been able to train and problem solve in a fraction of the time actually expanding our product offering.
