Diamond Products Group was approached to assist a client with the extremely challenging project of cutting very large sections of copper into small manageable pieces.

Diamond wire sawing was the obvious solution for the large irregular shapes. A purpose designed and manufactured diamond wire was supplied to tackle this project.

The diamond wire sawing machine was equipped with two variable speed drives so as to accommodate the required cutting parameters used for copper.

AGP DM52/DMC6

The new AGP DM52 and DMC6 core drilling machines have been an ideal addition to the tried and tested Shibuya range of core drilling machines. The AGP DM52 and DMC6 offer both hand held and stand mounted options as well as wet and dry core drilling.

Combined with the AGP AS200 angle drill stand, the AGP DMC6 is capable of drilling up to 158mm wet and 180mm dry. This is a perfect solution for all mid-sized holes from anchors to services.
