The extremely popular and versatile DP-300 Floor Grinder gets an upgrade. We have added a volt/AMP meter to our DP-300 grinder, this meter will help the operator ensure that the grinder has the correct voltage and AMPs prior to starting the grinder.

The majority of motor failures are caused by power supply due to:

• Insufficient voltage/AMPs
• Fluctuating power supply
• Using long or under size extension leads
• Using generators that are undersize or not fitted with an AVR

With the new Volt/AMP meter the operator is able to check power prior to starting his grinder and while grinding. This will significantly reduce the number of breakdowns leading to costly downtime.

To enable a large specialist contractor to complete a project in a sensitive environmental area, Air Grinders were supplied. These were fitted with 125mm diamond blades and 115mm diamond cups for the concrete repair works.
