Rescue Blade Does It Again

The 350mm vacuum brazed rescue blade was used for cutting a 75mm thick steel pin used in the hinge joint of the Palfinger crane system. The 350mm blade cut the solid metal section in under 5 minutes. The blade was utilised because of the amount of safety and speed it provides in the cutting application. The cutting machine used was a high frequency cut off saw with a power rating 5,5kw and weighing at just 10kg.

The cut steel shows the quick and efficient manner the rescue blade works without heat build up. The client was exceptionally happy with the quick, effective and safety in cutting of the material.
