New Wall Saw : Introducing the DP 75 H

Diamond Products will now be adding the DP 75 H wall saw to its comprehensive offering. The saw is fitted with a 750 mm diameter blade and can cut reinforced concrete walls and masonry up to a depth of 320 mm. To reduce carrying weight, its motor can be disconnected from the machine base without any tools, within only a few seconds.

The track is composed of a torsion rigid aluminium profile with taper gibs of stainless steel. The saw is guided along the track with vibration dumping sideways and is composed of a special but proofed wear-resistant material compound.

The power transmission is done by an oil lubricated gear with an integrated overload clutch in its rotation arm. The output spindle is arranged very solidly and is free from clearance between two taper roller bearings. Diamond Products has already sold one DP 75 H wall saw to a large construction project in Botswana early in 2013.
