Floor Grinding & Polishing – Trends In Up Market Homes

A leading concrete floor grinding/polishing contractor recently completed a project in an upmarket home in Bedfordview Johannesburg. The project required that all floors in the house including the garage be ground and polished. The contractor used four metal bond Qwikchange grinding pad and five stages of resin pads to achieve the require polish.

The contractor also made use of our 125mm Makita variable speed grinder and dust shroud for all difficult to access areas. The Metal Dot pads and resin pads were used to achieve a full polish.
