Exciting Launch : First in its Class!

As the sole agents for Diamatic/Blastrac in Southern Africa, Diamond Products recently introduced the new BMG-555 to the market. The company is proud to announce the range of benefits that this new machine offers. One such benefit is the fact that it is the first machine of its size available in single phase.

This new 555mm, single phase 230V planetary grinder has been designed for the middle size grinder market and has some new features that other grinders in its class aren’t able to provide. With a completely new, bullet proof drive system, a 10 minute breakdown and disassembly, the 555 Pro Grinder design enables it to be moved to hard to reach areas. This high production, mid-level machine is offered with a 7.37 horsepower motor and variable speed with 272kgs of productivity.

The machine is guaranteed to increase productivity, with the added advantage of saving both time and money.

Diamond Products also recently showcased the first Blastrac Shot Blaster model 1-8DPS30 in South Africa. Shot blasting is the process of removing paints, epoxy, or concrete surface by directing a high speed stream of steel particles at the surface. The Shot Blaster is an economical, 220v, self-propelled machine with a 200mm working width that has a drive control steering handle.

The 1-8DPS30’s self-propelled operation improves productivity and promotes a more even and consistent blast pattern and surface profile. It is also perfect as a complementary unit for larger shot blasters.
