Diamond Blades play a key role in the manufacture of Brick Tiles

Brick tiles may have been around for centuries, but are still (if not more), popular than they were when they were first produced. These brick tiles are used to create a natural, attractive finish with the added benefit of low to no maintenance that is also weatherproof.

Diamond Product’s play a key role in supplying Diamond blades for the manufacture of Brick Tiles which is a continually growing both locally and internationally. Brick tiles are manufactured by cutting a standard clay brick into slices very similar to slicing a loaf of bread.

10 diamond blades are fitted onto a specially designed long shaft separated by small spacers. The shaft is fitted onto a machine with a fixed head and the bricks are then placed on a slightly slanted table and fed through the blades. Brick tiles are then glued to a concrete or plastered wall to create a face brick look.

Diamond Products offer a wide range of different size and types of blades for different applications in order to achieve the lowest cost and highest productivity for any project.
