Diamond Tools creating art

Robin Rugare, also known as Robin Kintinyu, is an internationally recognised artist who specialises in the sculpting of the human and animal forms. Working from his studio in Hout Bay, he uses a variety of different types of material/media to create 3 dimensional sculptures either by inspiration or made to order.

“Stone is predominately my main material of choice when it comes to choosing a material for a specific project.” Explains Rugare. “This can be anything from Alabaster, wonder stone, semi-precious stone, granite or sprig stone.”

Robin uses a variety of different cutting, grinding and polishing tools to create his master pieces. Diamond Products have the privilege of working with Robin by supplying all his diamond tools and equipment requirements. This includes diamond cutting disks, cup grinders, flexible polishing pads and power tools.
