Music Slot / Tile Blades

Working with materials such as granite, porcelain  and ceramic tiles presents a wide range of challenges, one of the main obstacles being cutting these materials without chipping.

Diamond Products has the solution to this challenge.  Our Music Slot Blade is manufactured for wet-cutting, using a portable electric wet-cutting tile saw.  These blades offer a clean cut, free of any chipping.  The blade has tension slots (in the shape of a music note, hence the name) to prevent any distortion whilst cutting.  Our Tile Blade-range are manufactured with the contractor in mind.

There are a few advantages to using water when cutting material.  Water significantly cools down the blade, allowing for longer life and it flushes out any debris to lessen friction in the cutting zone.  It also reduces dust, thus preventing a build-up of material on the tool, which would decrease its lifetime.
