Diamond Products’ PCD tools and Cup Grinders

Diamond Products cup grinders have been designed for 115mm to 230mm hand held grinders, for use on materials such as stone, cement and coatings. The double row segmented diamond cups offer a greater surface area of high quantity diamonds, which in turn results in fast grinding and time saving on projects.

We offer the cup grinders in three grits from coarse, medium and fine. The coarse grinders are more suitable for the removal of large layers of material, it has the capability to remove layers of paint, smooth layers of concrete and rid floors of excess material. The medium and finer cup grinders will remove less material but are guaranteed to give a smoother finish.

In addition to the cup grinders, Diamond Products also offers Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tools for handheld grinders.

Our PCD tools can be used for the removal of coatings, epoxy floors, triflex floors, thermoplastics, and top layer poured asphalt and glue residue. This cutter has been specially designed for the removal of more pliable materials owing to the fact that should a regular diamond grinder be used, it would clog. The PCD tools are able to remove this pliable material effectively due to the fact that it cuts the material rather than grind it.
