Wellington’s 25years of Service

Wellington started as a labourer in 1986 working for Latin Engineering. The Boart group then purchased Latin Engineering and changed the company name to Boart Engineering. This was the start of his career with the Boart group.

Through the many changes and there were many, Wellington moved from the Engineering side to the newly formed Construction Products Division in the late 80’s and took on the responsibility of finishing sand blasting and painting functions.

In addition to these functions he also cleaned machines and did general cleaning around the workshop and is very particular about cleanliness and house keeping at his own workstation. He is also very involved in the private labelling function from removing labels, cleaning and repackaging the private labeled product.

He is a conscientious worker who is never afraid to get involved and help whenever the need arises.
