The powerful 1800W CS180 dustless joint cutter is capable of cutting up to 52mm deep and able to cut up to 51mm wide using multiple blades. Both the depth of cut and width of cut are adjustable. The cutter runs on a base plate fitted with four durable rollers for ease of use. The CS180 uses a 180mm diameter blade which we offer in 2mm, 6mm and 8mm thickness specifically designed for joint cutting.
The blade width is determined by using the spacers between the blades. This allows the system to cut with either a single blade or up to 51mm. The blades would cut the outsde cuts and the inner core would then be broken out or removed. The machine can use blades from 2mm to 8mm in a single cut.
It can also be used with our LSU 135 Dust Collector or alternatively our BDC 1114 Dust Collector.
